Whole Support

  • Support service desk – telephone, email, remote and re-active on-site support visits to support your SIMS application suite
  • Network support for SIMS and other applications
  • Support for software packages including Microsoft and anti-virus packages
  • Restoration of your database using the data from your most recent viable backup
  • Senior leadership overview sessions on raising awareness of SIMS
  • Support for your curriculum and administration network including operating systems, software and peripheral devices such as printers, whiteboards, PCS and laptops
  • Termly on-site visits to meet your additional expert support services requirements
  • A written SIMS strategy plan

As part of your Whole Support agreement we will help you shape your SIMS strategic plan and select the right expert support solutions to support the implementation of this plan
