SIMS Support Units

When it comes to supporting schools SIMS support teams are pivotal to our future success. Whether you are a Local Authority employed SIMS support team or a Third Party SIMS support team, we want to work with you to ensure the SIMS support you provide enhances our customers’ SIMS usage.

Our SIMS Support Unit scheme has been specifically designed to accommodate Third Party organisations that wish to provide 1st and 2nd line SIMS support to end users of our software. We provide the resources required to successfully deliver central support for SIMS.

For full details on what is involved in becoming a SIMS Support Unit Please download the SIMS Support Unit brochure.
