The countdown to Bett 2017 is on and what better way to look ahead to the main event than to announce details of our exciting on-stand competition. We have some great prizes up for grabs including daily book bundles and an iPad Air.
Enter our competition
One of our themes for Bett is giving schools the tools to drive parental engagement, which includes the launch of our new SIMS Parent app. It’s why we’re asking you to tell us your top tip for engaging parents.
To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is either fill out an entry form on our Bett stand B190 or have your photo taken in our photo booth and post your top tip on Twitter to @CapitaSIMS, with the hashtag #smilewithSIMS.

For each of the four days of Bett, we’ll be picking one winner to receive a bundle of four books including ‘The Best Job in the World’ by Educating Essex star Vic Goddard and '100 Ideas for Primary Teachers’ by Stephen Lockyer. Every entry will be automatically entered to win the main prize, where one lucky winner will win an iPad Air.
We’ll be announcing the winners each day on Twitter, so make sure you follow us to find out if you’ve won. Good luck to everyone who enters!
Be inspired in our content hub
If that wasn’t enough, we also have an array of inspirational speakers on our stand, from teachers and educational bloggers through to our very own Graham Cooper who will be sharing SIMS vision for the future. Each day, our speakers will be covering a topic to suit a number of roles within school, so whether you’re a senior leader, teacher, support staff or staff responsible for engaging with parents and students, we’re confident that there’s something for everyone.
For teachers, we have presentations covering top tips for assessment and steps to successful parental engagement, whilst support staff won't want to miss tips for digital safeguarding. Take a look to see which presentation is relevant to your role.
We also have a number of winners of the Let Teachers SHINE competition displaying their inspirational projects being used in schools across the country. If you’ve ever wondered how funky beats and rap can help students to spell or how Nao Robots are being used in school, visit our stand to be inspired.
